Or you can book a call by clicking the link in our bio. During the consultation, we will discuss your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements. Following the consultation, we will design a customised coaching program tailored to your needs and guide you through the process of signing up and getting started.

How personalised is the Coaching Program?

-Our coaching programs are highly personalised. How often will I have contact with my Coach?

-You can expect regular check-ins, which can be weekly, depending on your needs. In addition to scheduled check-ins, you will have the opportunity to reach out to your coach via messaging platforms whenever you have questions, need support, or want to share progress updates.

What happens if I need to make changes to my program?

-Your program is not set in stone, and we understand this. The relevant adjustments will be made when required.
