Track to learn!

Weight/fat loss is all about energy balance. Calories in versus calories out. (CICO)


There are some caveats to this, the human body is not a mathematical equation and everyone is different.


Without tracking we have no idea of your energy/calorie intake, if it's not being measured it's not being managed.


We don't track to restrict, we track to learn. While tracking we learn all about macronutrients, micronutrients, serving sizes, how much we should consume to be safe and how much we should consume to lose fat.


Tracking to learn is the better mindset to have because we can make it sustainable.


You don't want to have to track for life and you don't have to.


Whatever method it is that you use, it's always best if it's sustainable, a coach can make it easier for you to track.
